Leak Repair & Regrouting in Joondalup

- Problem
- Grout across the charcoal-tiled shower base had discoloured and worn back unevenly, darkest around the waste and along the joints where the base meets the walls. The junction itself had no sound sealant left in it: the joint sat open around the full perimeter of the recess, with debris collected along it.
- Solution
- Deteriorated grout was ground out across the base and replaced, and the perimeter junctions where the base meets the walls were sealed, leaving an even finish and a closed joint on all four sides. The work was carried out entirely from the surface: the original tiling was kept and no tiles were removed.
